EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
IT’S PRETTY OKAY TO CHANGE YOUR MIND; BUT
There are few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you bought from us.
- You have 03 calendar days to return or exchange our product from the date you received it.
- Goods should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc.
- Goods or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for returns.
- All items must be unworn.
- Buyer should bear all charges that include shipping as well. customer should sent the parcel on company's address which are mentioned on our courier's flyer, Before sending your parcel kindly do inform our representative. Uninformed parcel will not be entertained
- We only exchange if any product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched. The item is in a sale able condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), unused and as sold.
- If customer want to refund their amount these are two methods Bank transfer/Easy paisa, if easy paisa method then customer will bear all the taxes (Return amount only transfer with in 7 working days after receiving the customer's parcel) (Not APPLIED ON SALE PRODUCTS)
- If the product is faulty then Company(Number three Clothing) bear all the charges for delivery and other taxes
- Just stating we guarantee you that you may never need to exchange or return any product you buy from us.

- In the Search box you can search for any product which you are going to buy from www.number3.pk
- Once you have selected the product then click on buy now
- Once you have selected the buy now then a new page will be opened showing the total of your product
- If you are having an Account on Number3 then sign in with your details or else register a new account onn.
- After entering the details you can see a page with your confirmation order please note that if you are a Newbies then you have to enter the details of Address enter the correct details especially Phone No and your Area Pin Code.
- Then this is the final step for your order for making the payment. you are having several option for payment so make the payment with any option like. So make the payment with your choice
- For cash on delivery enter the confirmation order and click on confirm order once your order has been placed
- So Your Order has been placed successfully so pay the money when your order reached at your door steps
Note: Customers have the option to decline their orders and avail Credit & Decline facility till the last day of the deals validity date only for service based deals. For product based deals, Credit & Decline facility will only be entertained if the order has not gone into production.

- We offer three different mode of payments

- Any other payment shall not be accepted
- In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check. The absence of an answer following such a demand will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 2 days.
- We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card.
- The product is delivered as per the delivery cycle mentioned. In case of any delays due to unforeseen events we inform our customers of the delay and communicate the next possible date for delivery.
- In case of any such delays we would request your understanding and cooperation for factors not in our control.
- The order will be declined after two attempts have been made by the rider.
- We deliver via TCS Courier service. We are not responsible if any other service deliver you any product using our name.
- No other mode of delivery can be used anyhow.
- Delivery for Karachi orders will be delivered within 24 hours, for Lahore & Islamabad orders within 48 hours and for Nationwide orders within 72 hours or as per the schedule of the courier partner for remote areas.
- Our delivery timings are between 09:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday till Saturday.
